been a while since I came across an online robotduck site and am glad to see you had some time to set something up.
Just in case you’re wondering we met at the Interactive Arts course in UWCN, I was a year behind you and I used your VT (video targetting!) stuff quite extensivelly. I built a virtual walk through my Newport house which I don’t know if you ever got to see it.
Now I’m in London and am closely looking at the Skive stuff which I have to admit look they pretty amazing.
My name is Mohamed, I am a graduate student at the Center for Digital Media in Vancouver, Canada. I am part of a team that is currently working on a top down driving game based around the city of Vancouver. You might be wondering where I am going with this, I was wondering if there was a way to play or access your original Mini Racers that was on Robotduck a long time ago.
The reason that I am asking is because the steering mechanic you had implemented using Director (we are currently using Silverlight, as part of an agreement with Microsoft, who are our client) was very simple and intuitive. I had explained this to our programmers, but it would be very awesome if they could actually see the mechanic in action.
Thank You for your time,
